This research carried out an assessment of the impact of an 8-week Hatha and Prenatal Yoga program on the productivity and cognitive functions of female office workers. The participants were involved in bi-weekly sessions such as postures, breathing, and mindfulness. Among the benefits, attention, memory, productivity, as well as stress and emotional wellness; all were noted. The pregnant ladies, in addition, gained physical relief and had better sleep. The program was deemed successful in the areas of mental clarity and work performance, thus being a good reason to advocate Yoga as a workplace wellness program. This particular experimental research focused on the yoga program's effect on the production rate and mental capacity of employees at the office during eight weeks. Initially, [insert number] participants were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group. The yoga group took yoga classes three times a week for an hour each, which included physical postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques; the control group, however, did not receive any interventions. The research productivity measures, attention, memory, and executive functioning were applied before and after the assessment among the subjects. The outcome showed that the employees in the yoga group had a considerable increase in all areas including productivity scores and cognitive performance but more so in the attention and working memory aspects as compared to the control group.
